You cannot return or replace your jewellery, however, in case of any manufacturing defect, you can write to us zuhacontact@gmail.com (mailto:zuhacontact@gmail.com?subject=Exchange Initiation)with the details within 3 days of reception for the product. We will get in touch with you and initiate the best possible solution/exchange as deemed right by our team.
To keep your ZUHA jewels as good as new, please keep them secured in our packaging and box, provided to you with the jewellery. Do not leave the jewellery out in the open.
Kindly store your jewellery in a cool and dry place, away from any moisture or damp environment.
To maximize the shelf life of our 18K Gold Dip-Plating, keep the jewellery away from sanitizers, perfumes, cleaning sprays, or any chemical agents of sorts.
